These draft terms describe how the current DNA Gym AI app is offered. They have not been legally reviewed, and they are not a complete commercial contract. Items such as governing law, paid prices and refund rules are not set because paid subscriptions are not on sale in this version.
The service
DNA Gym AI lets you plan and log strength and cardio training, view exercise guidance, estimate a calorie target, import selected health data if you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, and keep that information on your account. Some programs are generated on your device from your answers and the exercise library.
Eligibility and accounts
You need an account to save training to the cloud. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password private. Email confirmation and password reset use the links Supabase sends. New invited accounts must replace the temporary password on first sign-in.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account or invitation tools, or interfere with the app or its databases. Invitation administration is limited to authorised operators.
Fitness guidance
Training plans, loads, calorie figures and health imports are informational. Read the Health & Fitness Disclaimer. You are responsible for choosing what is appropriate for you. DNA Gym AI does not promise fitness, weight or health results.
Access
This version can include a 7-day trial for an account and complimentary access granted by an authorised invitation. A store download does not by itself grant complimentary access. Monthly and Annual prices are not configured, and the app does not sell subscriptions or take payment in this version. When paid access is added later, purchases of digital access are expected to use Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone and Google Play Billing on Android.
Your content
Workouts and measurements you enter stay associated with your account so the app can show them to you. Exercise names, instructions and demonstration media are part of the product catalogue.
Availability and ending access
The service can change or be unavailable. Complimentary access can be revoked without deleting your workouts. You can delete your account from the signed-in Account section. Deleting the account removes the Auth user and the cascaded training data described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the operator can limit it, DNA Gym AI is provided as available fitness software, not as medical care. These sentences are not a jurisdiction-specific limitation clause and should be reviewed before publication.
