You can permanently delete your DNA Gym AI account and the account data stored with it. This page is public. You do not need to sign in here to read these steps or to request deletion.
Delete inside the app
If you are signed in, open Profile. In the Account section, where the app shows Signed in, choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation prompts. Choose Delete account permanently to remove the account, or Cancel to keep it.
The app tells you that this permanently deletes your DNA Gym AI account and the workouts, measurements, cardio, and programs stored for it, and that this cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email support@dnagymai.com. Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your DNA Gym AI account.
Suggested subject: DNA Gym AI account deletion request
Do not send your password, a temporary password, health information, or other sensitive information by email.
What is deleted
Delete account asks the server to delete the signed-in account. Related records stored for that account are removed with it: profile, workouts, programs, measurements, cardio, health-connection records stored with the account, and entitlement rows tied to the account.
On the device where you confirm deletion, the app also clears the local copy of that account data and signs you out.
What may remain
A copy can remain on a device until that device signs out and clears local data. The delete action requests that clear on the device where you confirm deletion.
Invitation records are not a copy of your workouts. Deleting the account does not remove an invitation record created for an email address.
This deletion removes health information DNA Gym AI stored with the account. It does not delete records that remain in Apple Health or Health Connect.
The current product documentation does not state a backup retention period. This page does not add one.
